Colleagues,
For nearly two years, we have been confronted with disruption and uncertainty. We hope for a return to normalcy and see signs of its return, only to be disheartened by another wave of the pandemic. But each time, we have taken on these challenges together.
Now, with the spring semester underway, the pandemic continues to have a profound and exhausting impact on our lives. Many in our community are feeling the cumulative effects of stress, anxiety, and isolation. We want you to know that we care about you, your families, your wellbeing.
In times like these, as you’re juggling challenges in multiple areas of your life, it’s that much harder to know where to turn for help. To that end, we would like to remind you of resources that are available to you, your family and those close to you.
We’ve updated the list of well-being resources we shared last fall. We hope it can be a helpful starting point now if needed – or a valuable reference later – if you or someone you care about needs support.

- The clinician will email you a list of counselors for your consideration.
- Contact a counselor to set up an appointment. All counselors should be available to meet with you within five business days.
- Schedule up to eight sessions at no cost to you. Each one-hour session can be scheduled face-to-face or via telehealth (phone or video).
If you want to speak to a counselor more quickly , ComPsych has full-time counselors on staff. When you call, let the clinician know you would like to speak to one of their full-time counselors over the phone. They will assist in scheduling an appointment and a ComPsych counselor will call you within 24 hours.
