Engagement Plays an Important Role in SLU’s Transition to Workday

One of the top priorities of ¶¶Òõpro’s journey to Workday has been to engage members of the SLU community to provide insight and feedback to ensure the University’s new administrative system meets their needs.

In this update, the Workday change management team will provide an overview of the community engagement strategy, including areas where members of the University community can get involved in this important project.

Among other efforts, the team has hosted open forums and focus group meetings. Also, a Workday Champion Network was formed to help promote awareness around the project and to prepare the SLU community for the transition. Below is an overview of engagement activities.
